Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://bennypainting.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Benny Painting markets and arranges Residential Painting, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Commercial Painting, Deck Painting, Fence Painting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Benny Painting or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Benny Painting reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://bennypainting.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Benny Painting makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Benny Painting's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Benny Painting from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
